About the event
Join us for our first hike of the fall season! We’ll be touring Tallassee Forest Preservev in Athens in search of turtles and other reptiles and amphibians that call these habitats home. Field biologist Christine Rodick will be joining us, sharing her knowledge of turtles and enthusiasm for protecting the habitats they live in. Come prepared to hike approximately three miles, with some steep, and possibly muddy, terrain.
