About the event

Ed Maioriello, member of the Oconee Rivers Audubon Society, will be leading us on this early morning nature walk on one of ORLT’s easement to observe migratory bird species passing through Georgia, on their way south for the year. This is a diverse 60-acre property with a beautiful habitat along the river. Notably, the controversial potential Vulcan quarry is proposed to be located next to this conservation property to the north.
